  • 30 October, 2013. I have finish a paper "Missing Ordinal Pattern Analysis of Interictal iEEG for Epileptic Focus Localization"
    • The following R package could be used to very the accurries classification in this paper.
    • An R package MDPE.zip
  • R package MDPE was implemented by C and R, which contains a fast delay permutation entropy algorithm, missing ordinal patterns algorithms. These algorithms were applied to detect the epileptonic Epileptogenic Focus in Intracranial EEG. However, this version was only tested under 64 bit PC and windows OS. The details of this algorithm are provided by one of our paper.

    One of DPE feature file used in the Figures 2 and 3 of [1] can download from here. Using this features, you could verify some results in [1].

     

  • A R package for weighted fast horizontal visibility graph has been implemented. It was applied to detect the EEG signals during seizure with 99% accuracy, the computation complexity is linear speed
  • This package was also used to measure the complex networks topologies associated with sleep EEG. You can download it from here. This demo is only tested under 64 bit PC and windows OS.
