Analysis of Alcoholic EEG signals based on Graph Entropy
How to get the Figures 2 and 3 of our paper


(1) Download the R software for windows, please access R software

(2) Download the R package e1071, please access here

(3) Get our extracted feature files from our website: alcol_HGE_n_train_2.txt
and alcol_HGE_n_test_2.txt

(4) Get our R source code for draw figures 2 and 3 from our supply documents: get_Fig2.r and get_Fig3.r

(5)Change the TestFile point to your downloaded path in all r files
for example, if your path of the EEG data is c:\ then
TestFile="c:/alcol_HGE_n_train_2.txt"

(6)Run the R code: get_Fig2.r to get the figure 2

(7)Run the R code: get_Fig3.r to get the figure 3
How to get the extracyted feature files (a little complicated)


1. Prepare the files
(1)Install R and the package FWHVA, e1071 of R and alcoholics EEG datasets

(1) Download the R software for windows, please access R software

(2) Download the R package e1071, please access here

(3) Download the R package e1071, Download the R package FWHVA 1.2.0, please access here

Downloand the alcoholics EEG sets for this paper, please access here

(2)install the R package FWHVA, and e1071

(3)Decompress alcoholic EEG data and controlled drinker EEG data

(4)Run the following R code:
